Art as a constant practice of reconnection with your creativity, as a state of listening not producing.

This is a ceremony, an invitation to unlock your Creative Power, to meet the blank page at the intersection of breath and ink, were the ink leads and you listen. This ceremony invites you to meet your authentic self through breath, movement and mark making. An invitation to loosen the inner critic that insists you must already know where this is going. We create a mindfulness and embodiment circle rooted in presence, somatic awareness, and creative flow.
